In line with NPS Vision-Mision of providing a holistic and total formation for her pupils and students, the school undertakes a 5-point thrust called C.A.R.E.S.

These five areas of focus are meant to develop the mind, the heart and the body of the pupils and students.
​
These thrusts are aligned to the K to 12 Program of DepEd, 21st Century Learning as well as the mission of providing a holistic Catholic formation.
